Ticket Specifics:
- Our tickets are skier/rider-specific and date-specific. It's important to review all ticket details carefully before making your purchase. This ensures that your visit goes as planned.

Modifying Your Order:
- We understand that plans can change. If you've already made a purchase and need to adjust your ticket's start date or modify the names of riders, we're here to assist you.
Start Date Modification:
- Changing the start date of your order is possible for a change fee of $20 per ticket, plus any additional fees associated with the new start date.
Name Change:
- If you need to update the names of riders, this can also be done for a fee of $20 per ticket.
Important Note:

Please be aware that there are certain cases where we may not be able to change the start date of your order or update rider names based on the current order details.

For instance, if you contact us on or after the ticket's start date, we may not be able to accommodate the change, and the order must be used as originally purchased.
Typo Corrections:
- In the case of a name typo, don't worry! We're more than happy to assist with corrections. Please get in touch with us before you arrive at mtbaldy@ltibooking.com and include your Order ID in the subject line "Typo: Order 12345678"
