Scenic Chair Lift Ride Rules and Guidelines

Enjoying the Scenic Chair Lift ride is a fantastic experience. The ride lasts approximately 18-20 minutes each way, and each chair is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people.

To fully enjoy this adventure, it's essential that guests who wish to ride the lift are capable of understanding specific loading and unloading instructions. Moreover, guests should be physically and mentally prepared to sit on the chairlift for at least 25 minutes and be able to get on and off the lift under their own power.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, individuals with known medical conditions that might compromise their ability to safely stay on the chairlift, such as seizures, psychiatric disorders, a history of heart or vascular disease, or strokes, are encouraged to explore alternative activities at the resort.

Participant Rules & Guidelines:

1. All Lift Riders Must Be At Least 40 Inches Tall and No More Than 350 lbs.
2. Only 2 Riders Per Carrier Are Permitted.
3. Children Under 12 Years Old Should Ride With an Adult.
4. Animals Are Not Permitted on the Chair Lift.
5. One Carry-Along Item Is Allowed on the Lift (Please be cautious of loose items and clothing while loading and unloading to prevent any mishaps).
6. Bouncing, Swinging, or Horseplay Will Not Be Tolerated.
7. Prohibited Items on the Lift Include Ice Chests, Strollers, Firearms, Fireworks, Weapons, Drugs, or Alcohol.
8. Alpine Equipment, Camping Gear, Bikes, and Other Allowable Items Are Not Included With This Purchase. They Will Only Be Loaded on the Lift With the Proper Lift Access Purchase.
9. Handicap Accessible: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIFT DOES NOT STOP UNLESS REQUESTED.
