Permitted Activities and Restrictions
At Mt. Baldy Resort, we strive to offer a safe and enjoyable mountain experience for all our guests. To ensure the safety of our visitors and the preservation of our pristine natural environment, we have specific rules regarding activities on our slopes.
Permitted Activities:
- Skiing: Whether you're a seasoned pro or hitting the slopes for the first time, skiing is a fantastic way to enjoy our mountain.
- Snowboarding: Slide and glide on your snowboard as you carve through the snowy terrain.
- Snowshoeing: Explore the beautiful winter landscape at your own pace with snowshoes.
- Telemark Skiing: Experience the art of free-heel skiing in our picturesque surroundings.
Not Allowed: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following activities and equipment are not permitted at the resort:
- Snow Bikes: Snow bikes are not allowed on our slopes.
- Snow-Skates: Snow skates, while fun, are not permitted for safety reasons.
- Snowmobiles: For safety and environmental concerns, snowmobiles are restricted.
- Yooners: Sledding on yooners is not allowed.
- Toboggans: Traditional toboggans are not allowed for use on our slopes.
- Segways: Electric scooters, including Segways and EUC, are not permitted.
- Off-Road Vehicles: Off-road vehicles are not allowed in the ski area.
- Sno-Go Bikes, Trikes, and Scooters: Snow bikes, trikes, and scooters are not allowed.
- Paragliders: Paragliding is not permitted due to safety considerations.
- Hang Gliders: Hang gliding is restricted at our resort.
- Backpacks for Infants/Pets: Carrying infants or pets in backpacks while skiing or snowboarding is not allowed.
