Season Passes:
- All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person, even with a fee. Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased pass(es) is/are used.
- All tickets and passes are subject to the restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.
General Conditions:
- We do not guarantee the number of operating lifts and attractions, weather, or other conditions.
- Scenic tickets can be purchased online through the official Mt. Baldy Resort website or from authorized ticketing partners. Ensure that you are on a secure and verified website before making any online purchase.
Ticket Types:
- Mt. Baldy Resort offers different types of scenic tickets, including special events. Make sure to select the appropriate ticket type for each member of your group.
Chair Lift Rules & Guidelines:
- All lift riders must be at least 40” tall and no more than 350 lbs.
- Only 2 riders per carrier are permitted.
- Children under 12 years old should ride with an adult.
- Animals are not permitted on the chair lift.
- One carry-along item is permitted on the lift, but be conscious of loose items and clothing while riding the lift, as they can get caught while loading and unloading.
- Bouncing, swinging, or horseplay will not be tolerated.
- Ice chests, strollers, firearms, fireworks, weapons, drugs, or alcohol are NOT allowed on the lifts.
- Alpine equipment, camping gear, bikes, and other allowable items are not included in this purchase. These items will only be loaded on the lift with proper lift access purchase.
- Handicap Accessible: Be advised that the lift does not stop unless requested.
Pricing:
- Ticket prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Mt. Baldy also offers Club Baldy pricing and Loyalty Program pricing.
- Club Baldy members are given access to Club Baldy Special pricing for the member only, unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing for Club Baldy Membership and ticket pricing will vary throughout the season.
- Members of Club Baldy have access to purchase tickets online and in person at the Mt. Baldy Ski lift ticketing window.
- Club Baldy memberships expire every October 31 every year.
Booking Confirmation:
- After completing your online purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation via text. This confirmation will assist with the check-in process at the ticketing window. Please ensure that you provide a valid cell phone number during the booking process.
Ticket Redemption:
- Upon arrival at Mt. Baldy Resort, you must present your identification and cell phone number at the designated ticket redemption point. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of access to the chairlift.
Ticket Validity:
- Scenic tickets are valid only for the specified date. Tickets cannot be exchanged or used on a different date or time without prior approval from Mt. Baldy Resort.
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Scenic tickets are non-refundable up to 7 days before the arrival date unless otherwise stated by Mt. Baldy Resort due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or resort closures. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduled visit.
Changes to Reservations:
- If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as a date or time change, contact Mt. Baldy Resort directly or refer to their website for the appropriate procedure. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable fees.
Visitor Responsibility:
- Visitors are responsible for their own transportation to and from Mt. Baldy Resort. Any additional expenses, such as parking fees, equipment rentals, or meals, are not included in the scenic ticket price unless specified.
Resort Policies:
- All visitors must comply with Mt. Baldy Resort's policies, including safety guidelines, codes of conduct, and any specific rules applicable to the scenic area and chairlift. Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
Liability:
- Mt. Baldy Resort is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during your visit. Visitors assume all risks associated with participating in the scenic activities.
Right of Refusal:
- We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel, revoke, and/or limit ticket/pass usage at any time for any reason. Anyone attempting to use tickets fraudulently or in a manner for which they were not intended is subject to prosecution under California Penal Code 537(b). Facilities are under permit from the U.S. Forest Service.
