Wheelchair Accessibility at Mt. Baldy Resort
At Mt. Baldy Resort, we are committed to providing access to all of our guests, including those who use wheelchairs. We understand the importance of ensuring that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort and take advantage of the stunning mountain views. Here's what you need to know about wheelchair accessibility at our resort.
Wheelchair Accessibility Our resort's facilities are located at the top of the Sugar Pine Chair Lift, which is a fixed-grip double lift. We've taken measures to make our loading and unloading areas wheelchair accessible, ensuring that guests with mobility challenges can enjoy their visit.
Special Arrangements Typically, the loading and unloading of the chair lift occur without it stopping. However, we are more than happy to make special arrangements to stop the lift if you or a member of your party requires extra time or assistance to load a wheelchair. Please inform our staff in advance so that we can accommodate your needs efficiently. Contact Us
Passenger Requirements For safety reasons, all passengers using a wheelchair must meet the following requirements:
- Be able to sit in the carrier and stay seated independently during the chair lift ride.
- Be capable of assisting reasonably with the loading and unloading process.
- Successfully transfer to their wheelchair at the loading/unloading areas.
At Mt. Baldy Resort, we're dedicated to making your visit as enjoyable as possible, and that includes ensuring that our facilities are accessible to everyone. If you or a member of your party will be using a wheelchair, please let us know in advance so that we can provide the necessary assistance and make your experience memorable.
We look forward to welcoming you to our resort and providing you with the best possible experience amid the natural beauty of Mt. Baldy.
